Established in 1863 our rowing club on the River Trent is focused on helping people enjoy this fantastic sport on the beautiful river Trent.

At Trent Rowing Club, Burton on Trent, our mission is to foster excellence in rowing by providing a structured, inclusive, and high-performance environment for athletes of all levels.

Off the Water Membership at Trent Rowing Club

Our Off-the-Water Membership is ideal for individuals who want to improve their fitness and stay connected to the rowing community without participating in on-water training.

This membership provides full access to the club’s indoor training facilities, including rowing machines (ergs), dynos, and a range of strength and conditioning equipment.

Members are welcome to train independently during scheduled club hours and also have the opportunity to join coach-led indoor sessions alongside our senior and masters squads.

Whether you're training for performance, general fitness, or to stay rowing-ready, this membership offers the structure and flexibility to suit your goals.

What’s include in Off Water membership:

The core component of these memberships is access to rowing machines for individual or group workouts.
