From Leicester:

  • Head north on the A6 towards Loughborough.

  • Continue on the A6, passing through Loughborough and heading towards Derby.

  • At Derby, follow signs for Burton upon Trent via the A38.

  • Leave the A38 at the Clay Mills exit

  • Follow signs to A511 Ashby

  • Cross Burton Bridge turn right to A444 Stapenhill, the boat house is immediately on your right

From Nottingham:

  • Take the A50 west towards Stoke

  • At Exit4, join the A38 southbound towards Burton upon Trent.

  • Leave the A38 at the Clay Mills exit

  • Follow signs to A511 Ashby

  • Cross Burton Bridge turn right to A444 Stapenhill, the boat house is immediately on your right
