Trent Rowing Club Shines at Reading Regatta 2025

Reading Regatta 2025 delivered two fantastic days of racing and Trent Rowing Club made their mark with a string of impressive wins and strong performances across the board.

Day One Highlights

Saturday saw two standout victories for Trent:

Open 4x – Congratulations to Joe, Sam, Pawel, and Charlie for a dominant win, powering through the field with cohesion and control. A textbook display of sculling under pressure.

WJ15 4x+ – A brilliant race from Jo, Madison, Ania, Jessica, and cox Meg, who stayed composed and pushed hard to take the win. A great result for this talented junior crew.

Day Two Wins

Sunday continued the club’s winning streak, with four more medals added to the tally:

WJ15 2x – Madison and Jessica returned to the water with grit and determination, claiming a well-earned victory in the double.

WJ14 1x – A massive congratulations to Meg for her solo win in the single — a superb result that highlights her strength and skill at just 14 years old.

WJ16 1x – Junior Captain Ania stepped up in her single and delivered a confident, controlled performance to take the win in her category. One to watch!

All our athletes showed true Trent spirit, racing with passion, supporting teammates, and representing the club with pride. A huge thank you to our coaches, supporters, and parents who made the weekend possible.
