Strong Performances from Trent Rowing Club at Eton Junior Sculling Head 2025
Trent Rowing Club is proud to congratulate our junior crews who competed with determination and skill at the prestigious Eton Junior Sculling Head held at the world-class Eton Dorney course.
This challenging event attracts some of the best junior sculling talent from across the country, and Trent’s young athletes rose to the occasion.
In the Women’s J16 4x- category, the crew of Jess, Ania, Madison, and Alice delivered a solid performance, finishing 14th out of 41 highly competitive entries. Their teamwork and composure on the water reflect the strong training culture at Trent.
Meanwhile, in the Women’s J15 4x+, the boat comprised of Cecilia, Jo, Betty, Meg, and cox Leon pulled off an impressive 10th place finish from 60 crews. This result is a testament to their hard work, coordination, and resilience over the demanding course.
Both crews showed tremendous promise and continue to build valuable race experience ahead of upcoming regattas. The club extends huge congratulations to all the rowers for their commitment and competitive spirit.
We also thank the coaches and parents who supported the crews throughout this important event.
